1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TeuPortal ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TeuPortal provides a client portal platform that allows professionals and businesses to share files, communicate, and collaborate with their clients securely. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. Content Ownership and Conduct

You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you upload to TeuPortal ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely as required to provide the Service to you and your clients.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful computer code.

5. Subscription and Payment

TeuPortal offers both free and paid subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. We reserve the right to change our pricing terms at any time; however, we will provide you with reasonable notice of any such changes.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeuPortal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
